Timeline

Initial community outreach and preliminary designs  began Fall/Winter 2013. After receiving initial feedbacks on the vision for 1979 Mission, we submitted our Preliminary Project Assessment application with the San Francisco Planning Department. Subsequently, in February 2014 we submitted our Environmental Evaluation application and in March 2014 we submitted our Conditional Use Authorization application 


Through every stage of the process, from design, construction, and beyond, we will be meeting  and engaging with our neighbors, the Mission community, and City agencies.


We anticipate seeking approvals from the Planning Department Summer 2015 with ground breaking in 2015.
